Job Description

Tesla is seeking an HR Operations Specialist for its Gigafactory in Berlin-Brandenburg. This role acts as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and documentation, providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining HR data, ensuring data accuracy across systems, and collaborating with HR Business Partners and Employee Advisors. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, customer service, or administration, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of German and English labor laws is desirable. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solution-oriented approach.

Must have:

First point of contact for employee inquiries
Administrative support throughout employee lifecycle
Data management and accuracy in HR systems
Collaboration with HRBPs and Employee Advisors
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
Fluent in English and German

Good to have:

Experience in HR, customer service, or administration
Knowledge of German labor law, tax, and social security
Payroll processing experience

What You’ll Do

· Erste Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeiteranfragen und Dokumenterstellung

· Administrative Betreuung der Mitarbeiter von der Aufnahme bis zur Entlassung

· Verwaltung, Pflege und Prüfung von HR-Daten

· Sicherstellung der Richtigkeit der Mitarbeiterdaten in verschiedenen Systemen und der Übereinstimmung der betrieblichen Prozesse, Verfahren und Richtlinien mit dem geltenden Arbeitsrecht und den Compliance-Anforderungen

· Zusammenarbeit mit den HR Business Partnern und Employee Advisorn

· Erstellung und Koordinierung der internen Kommunikation zur Unterstützung von HR-Initiativen

· Vertragsverwaltung, Urlaubsverwaltung, Visumsprüfungen, Stellenwechsel

· Sicherstellung, dass die HR-Intranetseiten für unsere Mitarbeiter auf dem neuesten Stand sind
