Job Summary
Job Description
This HR Process Owner role focuses on designing and executing operationally compliant processes to mitigate HR compliance risks. The role involves optimizing country-specific processes for efficiency and reduced risks, improving existing processes for scalability and Googlers' experience. Responsibilities include documentation, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder alignment. The successful candidate will balance activities across Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Greece, Ukraine, Croatia, Lithuania, and Bulgaria, ensuring compliance with all company policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in HR deployment and Romanian legal expertise, fluency in English and Romanian, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in the deployment of human resources, people programs, or other people related roles.
- Experience in Romanian legal and regulatory requirements for local Human Resource (HR) practices and standards.
- Ability to communicate in English and Romanian fluently, to work with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma.
- Experience in legal and regulatory requirements for local HR practices and standards.
- Experience with digital transformation/HR digitalization.
- Knowledge of HR tools and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analysis with communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders to drive market priorities.

- Design and execute operationally compliant processes that mitigate HR Compliance risks.
- Design and optimize country specific processes to address business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce known risks.
- Optimize existing processes to enable operational efficiency and scalability that delivers extraordinary experiences for Googlers.
- Perform comprehensive documentation, data analysis, reporting, and presentation to align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Balance activity across all countries in scope, including Romania as well as Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Greece, Ukraine, Croatia, Lithuania and Bulgaria. Comply with all company health and safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
