Responsibilities:  Data Management: Analysis of data received through
various channels and providing future action and estimation
recommendations. Supporting data collection through
monitoring systems and field visits.
 Monitoring & Reporting: Development of monitoring and
evaluation frameworks. Ensuring timely completion of
ongoing projects, reviewing contracts, and resolving
bottlenecks. Conducting periodic reviews, preparing
monitoring reports, and providing recommendations for
project improvement.
 Project Oversight: Preparation of annual action plans.
Development of annual capacity-building plans based on
stakeholder needs. Identification of gaps and areas for
improvement in the implementation of projects and schemes.
 Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for
the client, addressing their needs, managing expectations,
and providing regular updates on project progress.
 Documentation: Keep accurate records of project activities,
including progress reports, agreements, and other relevant
documentation.
 Experience: More than 5 years of total experience, with
prior experience in data management, data analysis and
report writing.
 Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage and
coordinate various aspects of projects, ensuring successful
delivery.
 Client-Facing Experience: Demonstrated experience in
managing client relationships and handling client
requirements effectively.
 Strong grasp on Microsoft Office, especially Excel and
Powerpoint, Power BI and Tableau

Mandatory skill sets: Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E expert) , Data management, Data

Analysis, Report Writing.
