- 평소 구상은 했으나 실현시키지 못했던 게임 아이디어들을 구체화하고, 이를 개발합니다.
- 최신 게임 트렌드 및 과거 플레이어 데이터를 기반으로 전반적인 기획 방향성을 제시하고, 이를 실행합니다.
- 게임 출시 후 이벤트 및 신규 콘텐츠를 지속 기획 및 개발하여 유저 대상 다각화된 경험을 제공합니다.
자격요건
- 유관 경력이 몇 년이든 상관없이, 게임 개발에 능숙하고 자신감을 가지신 분을 찾습니다.
- 게임의 본질적인 재미를 탐구하고 다양한 콘텐츠를 기획하는 데 관심이 있는 분을 찾습니다.
- 장르별 적합한 전투, 성장, 경제, 밸런스 등 핵심 구성요소들에 대한 끊임없는 고민이 가능한 분을 찾습니다.
- 언리얼, 유니티, 구글 시트 등 게임제작 툴 활용 능력을 보유하신 분을 찾습니다.
우대사항
- 특정 장르에 관계 없이 다양한 게임 (캐주얼~AAA 등)을 즐겨하는 분이면 더 좋습니다.
- 해당 공고는 기본적으로 프론트엔드 개발만을 염두하고 있으나, 백엔드에 대한 이해도도 함께 겸비한 분이라면 더 좋습니다.
- 팀원들과 다양한 피드백을 나누며, 활발히 협업하실 수 있는 분이면 더 좋습니다.
- 제안과 설득 과정에 열려있으며, 동료들의 의견을 경청 및 조율할 수 있는 분이면 더 좋습니다.
- 실지표에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 사업팀 및 유관부서와 적극적으로 협업하실 수 있는 분이면 더 좋습니다.
