The purpose of this role is to support and maintain the application platforms to ensure that they are reliable, scalable, maintainable and high availability.

Job Description:

The Integration Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Development, testing, and release of integration solutions using integration patterns from various platforms.
  • Participate in the analysis and understanding of business requirements, document required patterns, develop and deploy solutions off architectural blueprints, and provide any business enhancements to the integration pipeline throughout the integration lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain integration build specifications, and adhere to APAC Business Platforms best practices and standards.
  • You will collaborate with the Regional Integrations Manager, project managers, solution architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful development of integration solutions.
  • You will be responsible for troubleshooting integration problems and provide technical support for integration-related issues.

The Integration Engineer, must have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience developing solutions within a software development environment or at least 2 years of experience in developing integration solutions.
  • Experience with Javascript, Groovy JS, Powershell and SQL Query Language is an advantage.
  • Experience using iPaaS platforms such as Boomi AtomSphere, Snaplogic IIP or Azure Integration Services will be an advantage.
  • Certification in iPaaS disciplines would be adventagious.  
  • Previous experience in a support function with experiences in ITSM Incident, Change, and Request Management is a requirement.  
  • Experiences with Data integration, API integration and exposure to EDA integration and concepts.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub, and Azure DevOps is an adventage.
  • Cloud technology knowledge in particular with Azure Cloud infrastructure and networks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good English verbal and written communication.
