Job Description

ElevenLabs seeks a dynamic individual to lead its international expansion strategy and operations across EMEA. This remote role involves establishing legal entities in new markets, ensuring compliance, and building operational infrastructure (billing, banking, tax, payroll). The candidate will conduct market analysis, evaluate competitive landscapes, and act as the primary contact for stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading legal entity setup, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market analysis, and evaluating regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in international market expansion or top-tier consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of international legal and financial requirements.

About the Role

Working with the Finance, Legal, Sales and Revenue operations team, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to increase our global presence. 

In this role,  you will: 

  • Lead the setup of legal entities in new territories, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards

  • Collaborate with legal, finance, sales and revenue operations teams to establish operational infrastructure, including billing, banking, tax compliance, and payroll

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify and prioritize opportunities in new international regions

  • Evaluate competitive landscapes, regulatory requirements, cultural nuances, and market demand for our products

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in international expansion

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience in international market expansion roles or top-tier consulting firms with significant exposure to international market expansion projects, preferably in the SaaS industry.

  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong knowledge of legal, financial, and regulatory requirements for establishing entities in international markets.
