Job Description
Xsolla seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join their People team in Kuala Lumpur. This internship involves supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting creation and distribution across various platforms to screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication. The intern will contribute to employer branding initiatives, maintain accurate records in the ATS, conduct market research, and participate in ad-hoc projects. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with a keen interest in recruitment, HR operations, and the tech/gaming industry. The ideal candidate is adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks, and possesses a curious and proactive approach to problem-solving. This role offers valuable experience in connecting talent with exciting opportunities within the gaming industry.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn to join our People team in Xsolla KL. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic setting and is excited to support end-to-end recruitment processes, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and help build exceptional candidate experiences.
Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with a keen interest in recruitment, HR operations, and the tech/gaming industry. The ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple tasks, and approach challenges with curiosity and initiative will be key to your success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with job posting creation and distribution across job boards, LinkedIn, and internal channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support with candidate communication and pipeline tracking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Participate in employer branding activities, including career events, content creation, and social media support.
- Conduct market research on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pipelines.
- Support any ad-hoc tasks or recruitment-related projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- A team player who takes initiative and learns quickly.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
