Rebel Wolves is a team of experienced veterans dedicated to creating great and innovative Role-Playing Games. They are currently developing a brand new story-driven AAA dark fantasy RPG for PCs and consoles using Unreal Engine 5. The studio is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide essential first and second-line IT support, covering both on-site and remote assistance. This role involves comprehensive tasks such as installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and office equipment, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and efficiently resolving IT incidents for the entire team, ensuring smooth operations.
Must have:
  • Acting as the first line of IT support (1st and 2nd line, on-site and remote)
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and office equipment
  • Performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and small repairs/upgrades
  • Resolving incidents, documenting in Jira, and escalating when necessary
  • Maintaining full ownership of tickets
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of Windows Domain
  • Windows 11 expertise
  • Knowledge of modern PC architecture
  • Basic network knowledge (DHCP, DNS, VPN)
  • Experience managing access to internal & external services
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and efficient task management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive “can-do” mindset
  • Native/proficient Polish
  • Ability to communicate in English (at least at B2 level)
  • Ability to work from the office every day (9 am - 5 pm)
Good to have:
  • Experience in the gamedev industry
  • Familiarity with macOS
  • Experience with Slack, Parsec, Perforce Helix Software
  • Passion for video games

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first line of IT support for the Rebel Wolves Team (1st and 2nd line, both on-site and remote support);
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and office equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, accessories, conference room hardware);
  • Performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and small repairs/upgrades (yes, screwdrivers will be involved🪛);
  • Resolving incidents reported by the team, documenting activities in Jira, and escalating when necessary;
  • Maintaining full ownership of tickets throughout their lifecycle;
  • Taking on additional tasks aligned with your interests and project needs.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in similar role;
  • Good knowledge of Windows Domain (what it is, how it works, adding users, modifying groups);
  • Windows 11 expertise – ability to quickly diagnose and fix issues;
  • Knowledge of modern PC architecture;
  • Basic network knowledge - DHCP, DNS, VPN
  • Experience managing access to internal & external services (Google Workspace, Office 365, VPNs, licenses);
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly;
  • Excellent communication and client service skills;
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and efficient task management;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive “can-do” mindset;
  • Native/proficient Polish;
  • Ability to communicate in English (at least at B2 level);
  • Ability to work from the office every day (9 am - 5 pm).

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the gamedev industry;
