Job Description

The IT Technical Support Specialist will provide technical support for video transmission equipment, data, optical and network communication systems. Responsibilities include installation and maintenance of video transmission equipment (cameras, A/V cards, cabling), computer hardware and software troubleshooting, monitoring information systems and resolving problems, responding to internal user calls, and monitoring server connections. The ideal candidate will have a professional technician certification in Electronics or Computers and at least two years of relevant experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential, along with intermediate English and knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and network administration.

Must have:

Installation & maintenance of video equipment
Computer hardware & software troubleshooting
Network administration knowledge
2+ years experience
Intermediate English

Job Description

- Provide technical support for video transmission equipment, data, optical and network communication systems.

- Perform installation and maintenance of video transmission equipment (video cameras, audio/video cards, cabling, etc.) in accordance with specified procedures.

- Install, administer and troubleshoot computers (laptops), hardware, etc., as requested by management.

- Monitor information systems, diagnose problems and resolve them immediately, informing the line manager of work performed and completion times.

- Respond to internal user calls and troubleshooting, as well as diagnose and resolve software problems.

- Monitor server connections, diagnose and resolve problems, or organize problem aversion.

Qualifications

Professional technician in Electronics or Computers.
02 years of experience as Technical Support.
Intermediate English Skills
Installation and troubleshooting of software related to Windows and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of administrative networks.
