Job Description

An exciting field of activity in an international environment awaits – an engaged personality in Key Account Management with experience in the toy trade or FMCG is being sought. Goliath is a Dutch, globally operating, and family-run toy company that has been successfully represented on the international market with its range for years. The product portfolio marketed in Germany includes classic games such as Triominos®, Sequence® or Schweine Schwarte® as well as the well-known Nexcube™, as well as plush figures from Animagic and "Jelly Blox". Responsibilities include responsibility for several key accounts within the Business Unit Germany, development and implementation of sales strategies and sales forecasts in close coordination with the Country Manager Germany/Austria, independent preparation and implementation of strategic annual and sales meetings, support and further development of existing customer relationships and active acquisition of new customers, representation of the company at trade fairs and industry events, and communication with customers, partners, and Goliath's worldwide branches.

Aufgabenprofil

· Verantwortung für mehrere Key Accounts innerhalb der Business Unit Germany

· Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien und Umsatzprognosen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Country Manager Germany/Austria

· Selbstständige Vorbereitung Durchführung strategischer Jahres- und Verkaufsgespräche

· Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie aktive Neukundenakquise

· Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen und Branchenevents

· Kommunikation mit Kunden, Partnern und den weltweiten Goliath-Niederlassungen
