- Conduct impact analysis to optimize product delivery and consider industry trends
- Contribute to the development of the product vision, roadmap, and ROI
- Ensure that the team's backlog aligns with the roadmap
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand priorities and key features of the Product Increment (PI)
- Collaboration With Other Product Owners and ensure the solution is not impacting other areas.
- Prioritize user stories to drive the program
- Utilize product and domain knowledge to guide enhancements, maintenance, and efficiency improvements
- Provide valuable insights to inform product decisions
- Ensure the technical integrity of the solution being developed
- Produce project artefacts
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of Kronos Dimensions and Dell Boomi experience as a Product Owner
- Must have experience in conducting workshops and discussing the requirements with the clients.
- Proficiency in Kronos Workforce Dimension configurations
- Minimum 3 implementations of Kronos Dimensions to enterprise customers. Experience in working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs
- Must be UKG Integrations Developer and Kronos Dimensions certified
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
- Fluency in English
