Job Description

The Lawyer will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents, preparing written correspondence, engaging with administrative and regulatory bodies, ensuring company compliance with legislation, assisting with internal legal arrangements, and representing the company in litigation. The role requires a Law degree with a focus in Civil Law and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Civil and Administrative law. The Role

We're looking for a motivated and skilled Lawyer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced and evolving online gambling industry. What You'll Be Doing:

Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing a variety of legal documents;
Preparing high-quality written correspondence;
Engaging with administrative and regulatory bodies;
Ensuring the company’s operations comply with current legislation;
Assisting with internal legal arrangements as needed;
Representing the company in ongoing litigation when necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

A Law degree with a focus in Civil Law (required);
Minimum of 3 years' experience practicing in Civil and Administrative law;
Solid knowledge of Civil, Administrative, and Process law;
Passing the qualification exam for lawyers (civil or general specialization) is a plus;
Fluent in Georgian and English (both written and spoken); experience working or studying in English is an advantage;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail;
A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment;
Quick to adapt and eager to learn.
