Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – UX Designer
In this role, The Senior User Experience/Interaction Designer will be responsible for the research, planning, design and documentation of user interfaces for web-based, hand-held and desktop applications.
Responsibilities
- Experienced in detail-oriented with strong interaction design skills
- Has excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Is well versed in iterative User Centered Research and Design process.
- Understands and has opinions about current industry best practices.
- Has a track record with designing transactional user interfaces, not simply static web experiences.
- Balances an academic interest in best practices with tactical solutions.
- Manages client expectations and own time efficiently.
- Enjoys collaborating with product owners and business analysts to design innovative solutions.
- Has experience with data/information visualization.
- Is fluent is standard design software and tooling (Adobe, Sketch, Figma etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor in Computer Science (BE or B.Tech)
- XD (should understand symbols, Lib, Design system)
- Sketch
- In-Vision Prototyping
- Wireframing
- User flows (Miro Board)
- User research and usability testing
- Information architecture
- Figma
- Salesforce knowledge is addon
