Job Description

Voodoo seeks a Lead Creative Manager to lead a creative team, overseeing production for numerous games/apps. This role is pivotal in transforming mobile products into global successes. Responsibilities include prioritizing creative production based on product and user acquisition strategies; analyzing team performance and defining action plans; leading a team of up to 6 (recruiting, coaching, and talent development); discovering new creative concepts; and leading projects to improve processes. The ideal candidate has 2+ years' experience in performance marketing within gaming/mobile apps, a proven track record of managing creative teams, successful project leadership, and fluent English communication.

  • 2+ years' experience in performance marketing (gaming/mobile apps)
  • Proven track record of managing 3+ people in a creative field
  • Successful high-impact project leadership
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Role

Voodoo is looking for a Lead Creative Manager to lead a squad of creative operators. You will own creative production for a large scope of our games or apps and play a central role in helping Voodoo turn great mobile products into global hits.

Responsibilities

    • Prioritize and drive creative production for multiple games based on product and user acquisition strategy
    • Analyze your team’s performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIs
    • Lead up to 6 people: recruit, coach, and increase talent density
    • Discover new creative concepts, and share best practices with other creative teams
    • Lead key projects to test new tools, improve processes, etc.

Profile

    • You have 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, in the gaming and/or mobile apps industry
    • You have a track record of managing 3+ people in a creative field
    • You’ve successfully led high-impact projects
    • You speak and write English fluently
    • You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility
