Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned IT Hiring Lead to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts in the IT domain. The ideal candidate will excel in bulk hiring and staff augmentation, managing recruitment processes for both domestic (India) and international regions (Canada & USA). Proficiency in Zoho Recruit is a must. Candidates based in Hyderabad are preferred for face-to-face interviews.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, with a focus on Software Engineers.
Drive bulk hiring and staff augmentation initiatives to meet high-volume talent needs.
Manage international recruitment, particularly for Canada and USA regions.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies in alignment with hiring goals.
Utilize Zoho Recruit for tracking and managing recruitment workflows effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and create robust hiring plans.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on global recruitment trends and best practices, especially in IT hiring.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, including leadership or senior recruiter roles.
