The ideal candidate will excel in bulk hiring and staff augmentation, managing recruitment processes for both domestic (India) and international regions (Canada & USA). Proficiency in Zoho Recruit is a must. Candidates based in Hyderabad are preferred for face-to-face interviews. Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, with a focus on Software Engineers. Drive bulk hiring and staff augmentation initiatives to meet high-volume talent needs. Manage international recruitment, particularly for Canada and USA regions. Develop and implement sourcing strategies in alignment with hiring goals. Utilize Zoho Recruit for tracking and managing recruitment workflows effectively. Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and create robust hiring plans. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on global recruitment trends and best practices, especially in IT hiring.

Must have:

5+ years of experience in IT recruitment
Expertise in bulk hiring and staff augmentation
Proven track record of hiring for India, Canada, and USA regions
Proficiency in using Zoho Recruit or similar ATS platforms
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Based in Hyderabad or willing to attend face-to-face interviews there

Good to have:

Experience in headhunting and executive search
Familiarity with IT consulting or staffing firms
