We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who will take strong ownership of multiple projects, alongside a team of performance marketers. Your core responsibility will be to drive results via successful execution of strategy, leveraging multimillion dollar budgets. You will join a vibrant performance marketing craft and have the opportunity to mentor and support others, reporting directly to the Head of UA.

Our team is located in our HQ office in Espoo in a hybrid model with a couple of days a week spent together in the office. If you are not in Finland yet, we will provide relocation assistance.

You will have impact and fun at work by doing:

    • Overseeing the performance marketing strategy and its daily execution, running user acquisition activities on high priority game projects for Rovio
    • Managing and analysing campaigns, including optimization and monitoring of campaigns and budget allocation
    • Driving a relentless culture of experimentation on all key existing UA channels, while also ideating and establishing new user acquisition funnels for our games
    • Constantly looking to maximise growth opportunities and work with cross functional teams to achieve this throughout the games’ lifecycle
    • Contributing to the creative ideation and strategy, working closely with other teams to create and test our next top ads
    • Bringing exploration and insight to acquisition funnel measurement, including helping to define & set goals for KPIs and working with Analytics & Data Engineering on implementing performance predictions
    • Collaborating with Data craft and Finance on investment forecasts, budgeting and cash flow projections based on performance marketing investments, providing reporting on performance at a regular cadence for key stakeholders

Experience and skills we are looking for:

    • Solid working experience of 5+ years in mobile games and/or app user acquisition
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimise multi-million dollar acquisition budgets
    • Wide understanding of UA strategies and channels outside of tracked marketing
    • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams: Product, Finance, Creative and Business Intelligence/ Data Engineering
    • Balance of data skills and understanding of creatives
    • Excellent managerial, communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
    • Growth mindset when you are never satisfied with status-quo, always striving to improve and learn, encouraging teams and colleagues to do the same
