We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate automated quality engineers to join our growing team for Workspace as we strive to deliver excellence to our customers. You are an individual contributor who will be part of an empowered agile team working on our portfolio of products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervises a team, allocates tasks to team members and co-ordinate work of other team members to efficiently implement the end-to-end testing in the software development life cycle.
  • Handles and leads end-to-end testing delivery and activities in alignment with the organisation's quality standards and strategy to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified business and customer needs.
  • Reviews and approves test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards and technology strategy.
  • Leads all aspects of the maintenance of all customer technology solutions, ensuring all issues are resolved on time.
  • Develops understanding of LSEG's commercial direction and how quality and technology are a part of this.
  • Builds positive relationships with internal and external collaborators, growing own network and collaborating with other teams.
  • Communicates sophisticated / technical information clearly and concisely in an audience-appropriate format.

Essential Skills/Experience Required:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering
  • 8+ years in software delivery domain
  • Proven experience of testing processes and methodologies: strategy, plan, design, implement, report and measurement
  • Good team-collaboration and skills on effective communication
  • Familiar with agile methodology and good sense of quality ownership and risk assessment
  • Exhibits Test Management experience in entire software development life cycle, software quality assurance, preferably in multi-tiered applications.
  • Validated hands-on experience in at least one programming language JavaScript/TypeScript, Selenium, Postman
  • Experience on CICD methodology, testing automation tools and frameworks.
  • Experience with performance engineering, SDLC stage, public cloud (AWS, Azure), Financial Knowledge is a plus.
