As a Lifecycle Specialist: Contracts Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and compliant onboarding and management of our global remote workforce. You will be responsible for reviewing and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing exceptional support to both our clients and employees. This role is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping businesses scale their global teams.

Must have:

Experience in contracts management
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good to have:

Experience in the HR or payroll industry
Familiarity with global employment laws
