Key responsibilities will include:

• Support the day-to-day operations of our social live casino product, ensuring seamless gameplay and optimal performance.
• Monitor key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement to enhance the player experience.
• Work closely with game providers and internal teams to resolve issues and optimise social live casino offerings.

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience in live social casino operations or a similar games industry role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret performance data.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations.
