We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated LiveOps & Monetization Manager to join our team in Finland, Spain or the UK.
As the LiveOps & Monetization Manager for our game Habbo, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the game´s monetization strategy, driving revenue growth, enhancing player engagement, achieving KPIs, managing payments (non-tech), and ensuring overall growth and success. Reporting directly to the Habbo Director, you will have significant responsibilities and opportunities to make an impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Customizing and optimizing events, sales, in-game experiences, and store configurations to enhance player satisfaction and drive revenue.
- Ensuring effective implementation of planning and execution processes.
- Set data driven target KPIs for all initiatives and measure their impact.
- Learn and adjust future in-game initiatives to improve the player experience and increase players lifetime value.
- Focusing on player retention and engagement to ensure high lifetime value.
- Presenting comprehensive reports and results on successes, failures, learnings and recommendations for continuous improvement to Liveops events.
- Managing the non-technical aspects of the payment process, including partner selection, pricing and offer setup, to optimize potential margin.
- Collaborating closely with the social media and communications teams to synchronize and customize in-game and out-of-game messaging to support the events calendar.
- Providing guidance to the Art team for selecting new campaign themes and required content design.
- Participate in the Habbo Management team meetings and support other departments whenever needed (ie, Customer Experience)
- Be the manager for Community Managers and LiveOps Specialists.
The desired experience and skills we expect from you:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- A strong track record in managing LiveOps & Monetization strategies for games or similar digital products is essential.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize revenue and player engagement.
- Knowledge of best practices and strategies for maximizing revenue and player retention.
- Solid understanding of the gaming industry, monetization models and market trends.
- Proven ability to set and achieve ambitious targets and KPIs.
- Strong team player, who works effectively with cross-functional teams, including artists, community managers etc.
- Familiarity with financial concepts and the ability to analyze and manage budgets and pricing structures.
- Deep understanding of player motivations and the ability to create compelling experiences that drive engagement and revenue.
- Passion for gaming. A genuine enthusiasm for games and the gaming industry.
