About the Opportunity:
FASHIONPHILE is seeking a Full-Time Luxury Sales Specialist for our Austin, TX (Domain) location. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience. You'll embody our company's mission and vision while achieving sales targets through a client-centric approach. Flexibility to work traditional retail days/hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, is required. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering a best-in-class luxury experience, encompassing a warm welcome, facility tour, iPad setup, and ongoing support throughout the shopping and selling journey (Success is measured by established conversion and client satisfaction metrics).
- Engaging in clienteling activities to meet sales goals, including outreach to previous week's appointments, BOPS, SF Scheduler follow-ups, and targeted online clients. You'll cultivate and maintain a personal client base through consistent relationship-building efforts.
- Adhering to inventory guidelines, maintaining visual standards, and executing daily opening and closing procedures with precision.
- Providing exceptional service by managing phone inquiries, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and facilitating drop-offs.
- Completing other assigned duties as needed.

Pay Rate: This position begins at $15.00/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's retail Austin, TX location + uncapped commission.
