Job Details
Responsibilties
- Assist investment or M&A deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution
- Conduct research, financial analysis and valuation in evaluating prospective transactions
- Prepare investment memo, management presentations and other reports to senior management
- Support the assessment, strategy development and planning associated with new capabilities, new business inntiatives and other strategic efforts, partnering with BU leaders or other resources as necessary
- Produce fundraising materials for potential investor meetings
- Assist and follow up project in all aspect such as liaising and coordinating with internal / external parties and oversea subsidiaries, administrative support and follow-up procedure etc.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with investors and intermediaries
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Min 1-2 year professional experience
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Proficient in spoken and written English (Chinese or other Asian language would be a plus)
- Good analytical skill
- Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player
- A good problem solver, be able to work independently, under pressure and long hours
- Strong interests in latest technology (e.g. Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, Artificial Intelligence)
