The Sustainability Risk Services Manager is responsible for leading and managing sustainability consulting projects, developing strategic sustainability initiatives, and advising clients on integrating sustainability into their business operations. This role requires a deep understanding of sustainability frameworks, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects.Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in sustainability consulting, corporate sustainability, or related areas.
Deep understanding of sustainability frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP).
Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering high-quality sustainability solutions.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power Point).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience with sustainability software and platforms.
Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues and reporting.
Familiarity with industry-specific sustainability challenges and opportunities.
Certification in sustainability or related fields
