A Marketing Analyst’s Impact

Data Management & Analytics (25%)
  • Partner with Marketing, Application Development, and Data Engineering to consolidate marketing data from multiple sources into a unified system, ensuring compatibility and accessibility for comprehensive analysis.
  • Regularly audit, validate, and clean datasets to eliminate duplicates, correct errors, and maintain high standards of data quality and reliability.
  • Lead advanced analytics initiatives to improve marketing measurement and campaign performance forecasting, including the development and refinement of machine learning models, attribution methodologies, and marketing mix modeling (MMM).

Performance Measurement (25%)
  • Collaborate closely with the User Acquisition Manager to assess channel efficiency, test creative performance, and define budget allocation strategies using ROAS and LTV forecasting.
  • Own marketing analytics: compile data from multiple sources to create and maintain dynamic reports, dashboards, ad hoc analyses, and executive summaries covering key performance metrics.
  • Define and manage SKAN event schemas to ensure accurate measurement of iOS campaigns, while staying up to date with industry best practices.
  • Support the Ad Monetization team with performance evaluations and provide analytical support for new initiatives and strategic testing.
  • Ensure accurate measurement of marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Reporting and Visualization (25%)
  • Build clear, insightful dashboards and reports that visualize essential metrics and performance indicators for internal stakeholders.
  • Help cross-functional teams understand and act on data by interpreting analytical findings and presenting implications in an accessible, narrative-driven manner.

Decision Support and Strategy (25%)
  • Deliver strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance, enhance customer engagement, and optimize marketing budget allocation based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to evaluate and recommend ROAS targets that maximize profitability.
  • Communicate complex statistical analyses and model outputs to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and precision.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests in partnership with functional leaders to determine the most effective marketing strategies.

Your Track Record Includes
  • 3+ years of experience as a marketing-focused analyst, preferably in a digital or mobile environment.

    • Marketing partners (e.g., Google, Meta, AppLovin).
  • Experience with Python is preferred.
  • Understanding of CRM tools and how they integrate into the marketing technology stack.
  • Strong applied statistics skills, including distribution analysis, statistical testing, regression modeling, and more.
  • Experience working with large datasets, third-party data acquisition, and cloud-based data environments.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on data storytelling and presentation.
  • Demonstrated experience with both commercial and open-source statistical and analytics tools.
