The company at the heart of Tactical RPG :

Specialising in tactical role-playing games (Tactical RPGs), Tactical Adventures is a video game development and publishing studio created in Paris in July 2018.

You can already roll the dice and create your characters in our first game: Solasta: Crown Of The Magister, published in May 2021.

Our team of experts and enthusiasts is currently split between Paris and Lyon. We plan to remain a studio on a human scale.

We’re part of the Kepler Interactive group, with access to exceptional operational support and cross-pollination between outstanding teams, whilst retaining full total artistic independence.

Overview

As part of its expansion, TACTICAL ADVENTURES is looking to add a Marketing Artist to its ranks.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for / in charge of :
* Creating eye-catching static and animated assets for use in marketing and communication campaigns, supporting trailers, promotional videos, social media content, website graphics, and more.
* Supporting the creative process leading to the definition and execution of our brand guidelines.
* Collaborating with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions that align with our brand identity and target audience.
* Translating game concepts and key features into visually compelling designs that capture the attention and imagination of actual & potential players.
* Contributing your artistic talents to potential unannounced physical publishing project, bringing creativity and innovation to the development of book-related assets.
* Ensuring consistency and quality across all marketing materials, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital art and animation, incorporating new techniques and technologies into your work.
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, at the heart of a video game studio.
* Providing feedback and support to other team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

These tasks may evolve depending on the candidate's profile and interest in the position.


What we’re looking for from you:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a marketing artist or similar role in the gaming industry.
* Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, or a related field is preferred.
* Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and other relevant tools for creating and editing static and animated assets.
*Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, motion, and storytelling.
* Excellent visual communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts through imagery.
* Recognized organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
* Fluent in English

* A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning artwork that captivates audiences.
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
* Knowledge of game development processes and terminology
