Job Description

Aspire, a leading FinTech company and financial operating system for innovators and entrepreneurs, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support Hong Kong marketing initiatives. The intern will collaborate with the local and regional marketing team on campaign execution, reporting, logistics, and event support. This role offers hands-on experience in fintech marketing within a fast-growing regional team focused on delivering impact and scale. Responsibilities include tracking campaign performance, coordinating with vendors and internal teams for marketing activations, assisting with in-person events, and reviewing marketing content for accuracy and consistency, especially in Traditional Chinese.
Must have:
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Fluent in Traditional Chinese and English (spoken and written).
  • Keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and reporting.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

About the team:

Our Marketing Team is at the forefront of this exciting journey, playing a pivotal role in building our brand, acquiring new customers, and nurturing existing relationships. Our Marketing team crafts and executes strategies to resonate with our target audience, and also to scale the acquisition of new users by identifying untapped channels and optimizing conversions.

About the role 

Aspire is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our Hong Kong marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with our local and regional marketing team to ensure campaign execution runs smoothly, from reporting to logistics and event support. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fintech marketing while working with a fast-growing regional team focused on delivering impact and scale.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support Weekly Campaign Reporting
    Track campaign performance metrics across digital and offline channels. Assist with data collation and reporting templates.
  • Coordinate Campaign Operations
    Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to arrange logistics for local marketing activations.
  • Assist with In-Person Events
    Support event planning and execution — from sourcing venues and materials to coordinating timelines and on-the-day logistics.
  • Review Marketing Content
    Conduct content quality checks, especially for Traditional Chinese materials, ensuring tone, accuracy, and consistency across assets.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Traditional Chinese and English (spoken and written).
  • Have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Are comfortable with spreadsheets, reporting templates, and juggling multiple tasks.
  • Are proactive, reliable, and excited to learn in a dynamic environment.
