Job Description

This is a fixed-term contract role (until March 2026) for a Marketing Manager focusing on the Central and Eastern European (CEE) market. Responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive product marketing strategies for Google products and services in the CEE region. This involves conducting market analysis, identifying customer needs and competitive landscapes, translating data into actionable insights, and communicating marketing strategies and results to stakeholders. The role also entails developing and executing large-scale marketing campaigns across various channels to drive product adoption and managing campaign budgets and performance metrics. Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and leadership teams is crucial. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills, along with creative flair and experience in B2C or B2B marketing.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years marketing experience
  • Experience in strategy, campaign execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good to have:
  • Experience managing high-touch events
  • Experience driving multi-year initiatives
  • Experience in Marketing, Strategic Consulting, Sales, or GTM

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (e.g., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience of creating and executing successful marketing strategy, campaigns in B2C or B2B and client facing environments, as well as managing high touch events.
  • Experience of driving strategic, multi-year initiatives with continuous performance and user experience improvement.
  • Experience in working in Marketing, Strategic Consulting, Sales, or GTM.
  • Ability to be creative and execute the process, value feedback and take steps to invest in self-development.
  • Excellent people management, problem solving and analysis skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, creative flair to bring fresh ideas into product positioning and marketing campaigns.

About the job

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

This is a fixed-term contract role which will run until estimated March 2026.Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies for the CEE market, providing strategic guidance for launching and growing Google product features and services.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify key trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in CEE, translating complex data into actionable insights for informed marketing decisions and providing market context for strategic planning.
  • Communicate marketing strategies and campaign results to stakeholders, including sales, product, and leadership teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and execute innovative, medium- to large-scale marketing campaigns across various channels to drive product education, engagement, and adoption.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure optimal ROI. Create and implement scalable marketing programs to reach a large audience within the CEE region.
