Marketing Operations Manager

We are on the lookout for a highly structured, process-driven, eagle-eyed Marketing Operations Manager to join our 15+ member marketing department. The role reports to our Marketing Lead and will coordinate, maintain, and deliver essential product packaging materials and key information on an ongoing basis.

Role Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for a wide range of deliverables, ensuring accuracy, effective communication, and adherence to deadlines, while maintaining a high-quality standard across all materials.

Your role will encompass but not be limited to:

• Full maintenance of the Relax Gaming Client Area
• Setup of advertising banners
• Setup of various tournaments
• Providing assets for internal tools
• Producing key marketing deliverables
• Creating presentations for internal and external use
• Conducting data analysis
• Developing and optimizing procedures for ongoing processes

You must be prepared to meet tight deadlines, tackle varied tasks, work independently, and identify improvements where possible. An analytical approach, along with a passion for both data and effective information delivery are a natural part of being the ideal fit for this exciting role.

Qualifications:

• Direct iGaming industry experience is preferred
• Experience in Marketing or an Operational role is a plus
• Experience in working with various back-office systems and tools
• Exceptional presentation-making skills, with a strong working knowledge of related tools (PowerPoint)
• Experience with design software (Illustrator/Photoshop)
• Solid understanding of, and interest in, reporting
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A passion for the entertainment industry and staying up-to-date with trends
• Exceptional work ethic
