About the Job
As Project Coordinator, you will support cross-functional merchandising teams to propel integrated merchandise initiatives for all project needs while driving execution milestones that ensure results are achieved. You will work with the Product development manager and Merchandise Director to manage upfront planning, issue escalation and resolution, scheduling alignment meetings and cross-functional problem-solving. This role collaborates closely with internal cross functional departments as well as external partners and you will be responsible for all aspects of project coordination from initial planning to launch execution.
What You'll Do
- Utilize internal software such as (Google Drive, Dropbox, Monday.com, Outlook, etc.) to manage project status, schedules, communications, and changes in scope.
- Keep track of ongoing and upcoming tasks, deadlines, budgets, and communications utilizing project task boards
- Ensure consistency across projects and processes as well as seek out opportunity to simplify and streamline operations
- Proactively participate in internal process improvement conversations, and assist with documentation implementation/restructuring initiatives
- Cultivate and leverage relationships to resolve issues and understand the impact of business-critical change
- Align within the Merchandise team to understand the impacts of shifting milestones and proactively manage risks
- Facilitate coordination and clear communication regarding project deadlines and commitments to all relevant merchandise teams
- Record detailed meeting notes, document feedback, and track follow-up actions
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, marketing production, or account management—ideally within an agency, entertainment, gaming, consumer products, or lifestyle brand setting.
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving product development, marketing, or creative teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, schedules, and changing priorities with minimal oversight.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Notion, or Trello) and collaborative platforms (Google Workspace, Dropbox, Slack).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to clearly synthesize and communicate updates to multiple stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational strength, and follow-through.
- Able to prioritize multiple projects under tight timelines while staying flexible to team needs.
- Proactive, highly dependable, and solutions-oriented; thrives in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment.
- Team-first attitude with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, especially in remote work settings.
Bonus
- Experience supporting merchandise launches, influencer campaigns, or product drops.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other visual communication tools.
- Exposure to email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, Constant Contact).
- Understanding of social media ecosystems, trends, and creative formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- A creative mindset with basic knowledge of graphic design or HTML/CSS is a plus.
