Job Description

This Mid-Market Territory Manager role at Google Cloud Platform requires fluency in Polish and focuses on acquiring and nurturing customer relationships within the Polish market. Responsibilities include defining target markets, initiating customer outreach, designing and implementing acquisition campaigns, managing sales opportunities, forecasting, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize the customer journey. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud solutions and experience selling to businesses, ideally with experience transitioning businesses from on-premise to cloud solutions. The role demands strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while achieving sales targets.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in sales, client relations, business development, or account management
  • Fluent Polish communication
  • Technology sales experience
  • Cloud solution sales experience
Good to have:
  • CRM experience (Salesforce)
  • Experience with channel partners
  • Technical background in Cloud, Tech, CS, or IS
  • Experience selling infrastructure-as-a-service

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in one or more of the following: sales, client relationship, business development or account management.
  • Technology sales experience focused on developing relationships with current business customers and growing their spend.
  • Ability to communicate in Polish fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, etc.).
  • Experience selling solutions to help businesses transition from on premise to the cloud.
  • Experience collaborating/co-selling with channel partners in your market.
  • Technical or sales experience in Cloud, Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems.
  • Ability to communicate credibly about platform and infrastructure-as-a-service.

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine the target market using a blend of data-driven insights, market research, and internal tools.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with potential customers through direct outreach, networking, and leveraging partnerships with channel partners.
  • Design and implement effective customer acquisition campaigns at scale, utilizing various channels (e.g., email, social media, etc.) to generate and qualify leads.
  • Manage multiple opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
  • Work closely with customer engineers, marketing, BDRs, and other teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize the customer acquisition process.
