Mobile Service Dispatcher

Tesla is looking for a Mobile Service Dispatcher to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position requires a high-level customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess the technical acumen, but also the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. • Coordinate repairs in accordance with new and used warranty guidelines and specifications
• Determine if technical solution can be resolved remotely, over the phone, or requires technician work.
• Communicate with customers through text, calls, email or other internal communications to provide service status, scheduling updates, payments and answer questions 
• Coordinate scheduling of customers to hour block windows to ensure maximum throughput and routing of mobile service technicians
• Respond to roadside requests to coordinate the servicing of customer vehicles.
• Plan with service leadership for any PTO, vehicle downtime/maintenance and adjustment of vehicles on road to meet/exceed customer demand
• Available to work on additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
