Job Description

Tesla seeks a Mobile Service Dispatcher in Utrecht to coordinate vehicle repairs, manage customer interactions, and optimize technician routing. Responsibilities include handling warranty claims, troubleshooting technical issues remotely or on-site, scheduling appointments, communicating service updates to customers (via phone, email, text), and resolving customer concerns. The ideal candidate excels in customer service, possesses strong communication skills in English and Dutch, and can efficiently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required. A valid Dutch driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 2 years) is mandatory.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate repairs in accordance with new and used warranty guidelines and specifications
  • Determine if technical solution can be resolved remotely, over the phone, or requires technician work.
  • Communicate with customers through text, calls, email or other internal communications to provide service status, scheduling updates, payments and answer questions
  • Coordinate scheduling of customers to hour block windows to ensure maximum throughput and routing of mobile service technicians
  • Respond to roadside requests to coordinate the servicing of customer vehicles.
  • Plan with service leadership for any PTO, vehicle downtime/maintenance and adjustment of vehicles on road to meet/exceed customer demand
  • Available to work on additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
What You’ll Bring
  • Relevant experience in a customer facing role delivering excellent service, preferably from a technical/ automotive environment
  • Strong understanding of parts process, warranty, and ability to translate technical knowledge into customer friendly language both written and verbally
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills over phone, email, and SMS, in English and Dutch. 
  • Ability to address and defuse difficult conversations and customer conflict
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to work evening hours, weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license in the Netherlands, 2-year minimum driving record required with a clean driving history
