Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphics Artist / Video Editor to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating visually stunning motion graphics and videos that engage, inform, and inspire our audience.
- Create Motion Graphics: Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for various multimedia platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
- Video Editing: Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
- Conceptualize Ideas: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop video content and motion graphics that align with Lakshya's brand identity and educational goals.
- Visual Storytelling: Utilize strong storytelling skills to create engaging and informative videos for promotional materials, educational content, and event coverage.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Review and make necessary adjustments to ensure the final output meets the required quality standards and specifications.
- Software Proficiency: Use industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and other video editing tools to create high-quality content.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and video editing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Film Production, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design and video editing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, and other relevant software.
- Creativity: Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and video editing work.
