Motion Graphic Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of animation principles, graphic design, and video production. They will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing motion graphics for a variety of media, including web, television, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and Create Motion Graphics: Develop innovative and compelling motion graphics that align with the brand’s vision and goals.
• Video Editing: Edit video footage and integrate motion graphics to produce cohesive and polished videos.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visuals.
• Storyboard Development: Create storyboards to outline and communicate the animation flow and key scenes.
• Stay Updated with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest motion graphic design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure our content remains cutting-edge.
• Asset Management: Organize and manage digital assets and project files efficiently.
• Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve motion graphics.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in motion graphic design or a related role.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Cinema 4D, or other relevant motion graphics and video editing software.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and graphic design.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and video projects.
• Creativity: Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take and incorporate feedback.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 3D Animation: Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Maya, Blender, or similar.
• Experience in UI/UX: Understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
• Storytelling Skills: Ability to craft compelling narratives through visual design.
