Job Description

A leading bank in Riyadh seeks a Murex Production Support specialist for their Back Office operations. Responsibilities encompass managing BO module delivery for various financial products, supporting users with Murex application validation and adaptation, ensuring migration readiness and static data maintenance. The role involves supporting SIT, UAT, generating documentation, handling minor CRs, supporting reconciliations, Nostros, and Corporate Actions. Daily BAU support, vendor coordination for bug fixes, ad-hoc requests, and tracking BO deliverables are also included.

Confirmations, Settlement Instructions, Payment Messages
Murex Back Office Production Support experience
8-10 years experience

Project description

A leading bank in Riyad is looking for Murex production support for their Back Office activities.

Responsibilities

Manage the BO module delivery from Murex for all products, confirmations, settlement instructions, Payment messages, etc.

Support BO users with validation and adaptation to the Murex application in the best and right way.

Migration readiness / Static Data maintenance.

Support for SIT, UAT and generation of required documentations, their format review, GTX / OLS scenarios, etc.

Handle the new developments / minor CRs which can be handled internally.

Support for reconciliations, Nostros, Corporate Actions, daily BAU support and coordination with vendor for bug fix and validations.

Any other ad-hoc requests, tracking BO deliverables, status updates on BO stream.

Murex back office production support experience is a must.
