Office Manager

What You'll Do

• Oversees the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly.

• Manages office supplies and ensure resources are available when needed, maintain IT infrastructure and keep inventory of orders.

• Works with the P&C team to implement/update office policies and support with onboarding of new hires.

• Coordinates with building management for office maintenance and repairs

• Oversees guests’ experience.

• Assists with budget preparation and track expenditures.

• Ensures a safe and clean work environment.

• Plans and coordinates all in-house or off-site activities of the organization.

• Arranges travel processes, including flight and hotel booking, and car rentals

What We're Looking For

• Polish – Advanced/Native, English – Upper-Intermediate.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Keeps track of multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Works well with others and can foster a positive work environment.

• Completes tasks on time and can properly prioritize work.

• Proficiency in using office software and database management.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Provides excellent customer service.

• Comfortable tracking office budgets, expenses, and supplies.

• Works effectively as part of a team and contributes to a collaborative office culture.

• Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute office projects or events.

• Experience in IT industry preferred
