If you want to feel the heartbeat of Trendyol, you’re in the right place! The Operations Team manages end-to-end operational activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. Within the Operations Team, there are six main focused disciplines: Planning, Analytics, Cost & Charge, Fulfillment Operations, Operational Excellence, Seller and Delivery Operations, Warehouse Design, and Business Intelligence.

ARADIKLARIMIZ

Tercihen üniversitelerin mühendislik fakültelerinden mezun
Depo operasyonları konusunda bilgi ve deneyim sahibi, tercihen e-ticaret operasyonu tecrübeli
Ms Office, özellikle Excel programına hakim
WMS tecrübesi olan
Planlama ve organizasyon yeteneğine sahip
Ekip yönetme tecrübesi olan, iletişim becerileri güçlü, takım çalışmasına yatkın
Analitik, hedef ve sonuç odaklı, inisiyatif alabilen
Erkek adaylarda askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış
Vardiyalı ve esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum sağlayabilecek
Tercihen İngilizce bilen

SORUMLULUKLARIN

Sorumlu olduğu bölümdeki ekibin yönetimini yapmak ve verimli şekilde çalışmasını sağlamak
Sorumlu olduğu bölümün KPI hedeflerini takip etmek ve hedeflere ulaşmak için aksiyon almak
Süreçleri analiz etmek ve gerekli iyileştirmeleri yapmak
Opresyon raporlarını oluşturmak ve düzenli olarak takip etmek
Ekip motivasyonunu korumak ve ekibin yetkinliklerini arttırmak
İSG çalışmalarında aktif rol alarak ekibini yönlendirmek
5S ve Kaizen süreçlerini yürütmek

Each division has a pre-set optional office day each week. Based on our preferences, we come together at our offices at our discretion as an opportunity to feel more team spirit, immerse in our culture, and familiarize ourselves with our way of workings.

We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).

This working model applies to our hybrid job postings; on-site roles require being based in an office work environment.
