About the role:

The Operations Administrator will work with insurance teams across Fairmatic  to ensure that we deliver an outstanding customer experience. Insurance operations are vital to ensuring the success of Fairmatic and as our Operations Administrator you will play an important role supporting the day to day running of our operation. You will initially be supporting our sales pipeline, and subsequent tasks can vary from data entry to process documentation, special projects and issue resolution. This position reports into the Senior Ops Analyst within Insurance Operations.

We are looking for a hungry, motivated and talented person who loves technology and wants to offer solutions that impact our customers positively. We would like you to be willing to open the hood and use your problem solving skills to make key decisions that impact our performance. In this role you will work closely with our teams in the US, Europe and India. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team that is disrupting the commercial auto insurance space while staying true to our mission of saving lives on roads.

NOTE: This is a hybrid role. We have an office location in Wroclaw and expect to be in the office for 1 week every 6-8 weeks. This enables our teams to collaborate and socialise. Candidates must be based in Wroclaw or within a reasonable commuting distance to the city.

A day in the life of an Operations Administrator:

    • Manage a queue of new and renewal business opportunities in line with Service Level Agreements to support revenue generation
    • Register new and renewal business based on customers’ business information, ensuring they’re categorized accurately and labeled appropriately
    • File key documentation in Fairmatic’s internal systems
    • Assess new business validity and handle quick declines according to internal guidelines
    • Prepare policy administration files to ensure they meet regulatory and compliance guidelines

    • Process endorsements and related policy changes in a timely manner

    • Support data entry, reporting, ad hoc tasks and projects across the organization
