Job Description

This is a 3-month internship for an Operations Intern position located in Gurgaon, India. The intern will assist with day-to-day operations and administration, coordinating with various teams to streamline internal processes. Responsibilities include managing documentation, data entry, record-keeping, supporting policy development, creating reports and presentations, conducting research for operational efficiency improvements, and working on special projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with enthusiasm for learning and adaptability.

Must have:

Assist in daily operations and administration.
Coordinate with teams to streamline processes.
Manage documentation, data entry, and records.
Support operational policy and procedure development.
Create reports and presentations for management.
Conduct research to improve efficiency.
Work on assigned special projects.

Position: Operations Intern
Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: ₹8,000- 10,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day operations and administration tasks to ensure smooth workflows.
Coordinate with various teams to streamline internal processes.
Help manage documentation, data entry, and record-keeping tasks accurately and efficiently.
Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Assist in creating reports and presentations for management review.
Conduct research and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
Work on special projects as assigned by the operations team.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Enthusiasm for learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
