We are hiring an Operations Manager to join our Duolingo English Test Proctoring Team and to work out of our Pittsburgh office. This is the ideal role for someone with general or people operations or project management experience who is excited to work and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
You Will...
- Manage projects that improve our quality and efficiency
- Monitor operational processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Support team in executing daily tasks and addressing operational issues
- Work out of the Pittsburgh office with the ability to work from home Mondays and Fridays
- Be on call in the evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
You Have...
- 4+ years of operations and/or program management experience
- Experience communicating between different groups of stakeholders
- Strong Google Sheets and analytical skills
- A passion for making education accessible to all
Exceptional Candidates Will Have...
- Proven record working with large international contractor teams
- Assessment operations background
- Experience with data analytics and/or UI/UX
We invest in and support our Duos! This role is eligible for a robust compensation package of base salary, equity, and Duolingo’s world-class benefits. The starting base salary range for this role is, $76,500 - $151,800. Actual salary may vary based on level, work experience, performance, and other factors evaluated during the hiring process.
