Job Description

The Panel Management Associate will support the Panel Management Team in various tasks. These include writing and editing communication materials, managing content on internal and external channels, and supporting marketing activities. The associate will also assist with daily panel care activities, coordinate communication with panel members, and monitor panel engagement metrics. This role requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to work in a team. The position reports to the Team Manager Panel Administrator in Milan and ensures high-quality standards aligned with YouGov guidelines.

Must have:

Degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, Statistics or similar
Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
Good knowledge of MS Office suite
Written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of digital communication and social media tools
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple activities
Orientation to Problem solving, internal and external customer satisfaction
Aptitude for learning and proactivity
Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting

At YouGov Shopper, we help you stay ahead of trends and rapidly changing shopper behaviour.

We deliver data of fast-moving consumer goods consumption in family by collecting daily purchases in our panel composed by around 15.000 panel lists. These data are processed by our software procedures and delivered to our clients.

We are searching for a Panel Management profile to introduce into our Panel Management Team.

The Panel Management Associate support the Team in:

Write and edit communication materials, including privacy documents, articles, and social media content.
Manage and update content on internal and external communication channels.
Support in the preparation of marketing activities.

Assist in the daily management of Panel Care activities.
Coordinate communication with panel members, ensuring an effective information flow.
Monitor and analyse panel engagement metrics, providing periodic reports.

The Panel Management Associate is reporting to our Team Manager Panel Administrator, also based in Milan.

The Panel Management Associate ensures excellent quality standards in line with our YouGov Standardized Global Guidelines.

Requirements:

Degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, Statistics or similar.
Fluent Italian & English (written & spoken).
Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
Written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the main digital communication and social media tools.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple activities at the same time.
Orientation to Problem solving, internal and external customer satisfaction.
Aptitude for learning and proactivity.
Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
