About AidKit

AidKit’s cutting-edge technology transforms complex cash assistance programs into streamlined, secure, and dignified experiences. By seamlessly connecting applicants to vital resources, we're making aid radically accessible for diverse populations—including unhoused and unbanked. From simplifying complex benefits modernization projects for state agencies to standing up efficient disaster relief programs, AidKit helps its partners deliver aid with dignity.

We were our own first customer—AidKit started as a nonprofit initiative born from the need to support systematically excluded workers during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, AidKit provides the technology backbone for some of the nation's most innovative public safety net programs, having distributed hundreds of millions of dollars to people in need.

As we continue to grow rapidly, the opportunity for impact is immense. Apply to join our team if you're seeking meaningful work in an environment that trusts your judgment and values your unique contributions.

Overview

AidKit is revolutionizing how aid reaches those who need it most. We're on a mission to empower nonprofits and governments to deliver aid and public benefits with unprecedented efficiency. We are seeking a Partner Success Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

The Partner Success Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of partner relationships at AidKit. This person will hold a portfolio of strategic accounts and serve as the ongoing relationship owner once a contract is signed—developing deep institutional knowledge of our partners, supporting long-term success, and helping to uncover new ways that AidKit can support their missions.

This is a new role in a new department, which means you’ll be co-building processes, enablement resources, and rituals from the ground up. We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and relational, who can navigate complex stakeholder environments (especially in government and nonprofit spaces), and who knows how to creatively deepen trust and engagement without relying on traditional sales tactics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of active AidKit partners and act as their primary post-sale relationship owner.
  • Deepen relationships across multiple departments and stakeholders within each partner organization.
  • Conduct regular strategic account reviews and partner health checks.
  • Develop and maintain lightweight partner roadmaps that connect AidKit’s offerings to partner goals.
  • Travel to meet with partners in-person when strategic and appropriate (public sector experience a plus here).
  • Proactively identify risks, surface opportunities, and support expansion conversations with existing accounts.
  • Co-create program-agnostic enablement resources to support platform adoption, from onboarding templates to partner playbooks.
  • Serve as a thought partner to Product and Platform teams, translating partner feedback into product insights.

About You

These are not firm “qualifications” required—we care more about the skills you exhibit and a growth mindset than checking boxes.

  • You have experience in account management, customer success, implementation, or partnerships—especially in SaaS, govtech, civic tech, or mission-driven orgs.
  • You’re a relationship builder who thrives in complex stakeholder environments.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable facilitating meetings and writing clear, actionable materials for both internal and external audiences.
  • You know how to drive trust in ethical, non-performative ways—especially when “wining and dining” isn’t part of the toolkit.
  • You’re comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build something new, not just maintain existing systems.
  • You’ve worked with software platforms and can speak credibly about technology as a tool for scale and impact.
  • You care deeply about the mission of direct aid and supporting anyone who needs help, no matter where they come from.
  • You bring curiosity, humility, and a deep respect for our partners' time and knowledge.

Compensation and Location

This is a full-time, remote position—you can work from anywhere in the United States. The salary range for this role is $90,000–$110,000 + commission, depending on experience and qualifications.

Benefits: We reinforce a culture of dignity, autonomy, and trust by actively taking an interest in and supporting employees’ lives outside of work. We also provide equity, which varies by position and experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including:

  • Fair Salaries that are transparent and competitive, with a maximum ratio of 3:1 between the highest and lowest paid employees at the company.
  • Fully remote work setting with home office setup and maintenance stipends.
  • Unlimited paid time off
  • Retirement plan with 401K matching
  • Health benefits (for you and your family)
  • Flexible schedule
  • Generous 16-week paid parental leave
  • Professional development support
