Responsibilities encompass handling customer inquiries (phone, email, in-person), managing parts inventory (receiving, picking, shipping, transactions), accurately recording data in the Dealer Management System (DMS), and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The role requires strong communication skills, automotive knowledge, proficiency with DMS systems and software (SAP, MS Office), and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
