As Payroll Manager at tonies®, you'll be responsible for the smooth operation of all payroll and benefits processes for over 400 employees in Germany. Your expertise in payroll accounting ensures timely and accurate salary payments. Responsibilities include managing employee data from onboarding to offboarding, handling payroll-related inquiries, implementing tax and social security regulations, overseeing benefits administration (BAV, parking, JobRad, etc.), maintaining accurate records, collaborating with accounting, and liaising with external partners. You'll actively contribute to process improvement and efficiency. The role requires strong payroll knowledge, proficiency in Datev and ideally Personio, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
