We are a leading slot-focused B2B iGaming provider, powering global gaming operators with cutting-edge casino content. Our mission is to deliver exceptional gaming experiences backed by commercial intelligence. We are seeking a strategically minded Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team across the UK, Gibraltar, Malta, and Sweden. This role is crucial for delivering insights and analytics to support decision-making, optimize performance, and drive business growth within our expanding portfolio.
Must have:
  • Monitor and analyse game performance across multiple markets and clients.
  • Work closely with Product & Finance teams to monitor performance of branded content.
  • Support the Account Management team by providing content and promotional recommendations.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports delivering key insights and recommendations.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the data warehouse and work closely with BI team.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor benchmarking to identify product gaps to spot opportunities.
  • Assess market potential for new games and features using data modelling.
  • Support commercial decision-making with analysis including ROI forecasts, pricing analysis, and degradation.
  • Support the product team by delivering key insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with multiple teams to evaluate and prioritise high-value client content opportunities.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management in a clear and actionable manner.
Good to have:
  • Experience working with large datasets to produce key insights and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Familiarity and previous experience of working with iGaming slots content (not essential).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders within a business.

As we continue to expand our portfolio, we’re looking for a strategically minded Performance Analyst to report into the Head of Commercial and join our dynamic team based across the UK, Gibraltar, Malta and Sweden. You’ll play a key role in delivering insights and analytics to support decision-making, optimise performance, and drive business growth.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse game performance across multiple markets and clients.
  • Work closely with Product & Finance teams to monitor performance of branded content with partners like Warner Brothers, Viacom, Banijay and the Maradonna estate.
  • Support the Account Management team by providing content and promotional recommendations based on past data and business intelligence.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports delivering key insights and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the data warehouse and work closely with BI team to ensure accurate, insightful, and timely reporting.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor benchmarking to identify product gaps to spot opportunities for growth.
  • Assess market potential for new games and features using data modelling.
  • Support commercial decision-making with analysis including, but not limited to, ROI forecasts, pricing analysis, and degradation.
  • Support the product team by delivering key insights and recommendations that helps to shape the future games roadmap.
  • Work closely with multiple teams across the business to evaluate and prioritise high-value client content opportunities.
  • Present insights and recommendations, both verbally and written to senior management in a clear and actionable manner.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, including advanced use of Excel and knowledge or experience of using Power BI or other visualisation tools.
  • Interest in and some understanding of iGaming Casino market or slot games.
  • Experience of working in a lively team environment.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to understand financial and transactional data and its commercial implications.
  • Ability to pro-actively problem solve, identify and investigate data.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with large datasets to produce key insights and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Familiarity and previous experience of working with iGaming slots content (not essential)
  • 2+ years’ experience post degree (or equivalent) working within and a good understanding of online Gambling sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders within a business.
