Pharma Project Manager III

We’re seeking a Pharma Project Manager III for a remote opportunity with one of our clients. This is an exciting role for an experienced Agile practitioner ready to lead project execution and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

In this role, you’ll report to the Manager of Agile Practices and collaborate with key stakeholders to address technical challenges and enhance team performance. You'll champion Agile methodologies, facilitate critical ceremonies, and ensure teams have the resources and clarity they need to succeed. This is a high-impact role where your leadership will directly influence project outcomes and team effectiveness.

**Candidates must have pharmaceutical industry experience. C2C and candidates in need of sponsorship will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration.

• Champion Agile methodologies and educate team members to boost productivity and performance.

• Identify and eliminate obstacles that impede team progress, ensuring smooth project execution.

• Serve as a communication bridge between various teams, departments, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.

• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure adherence to schedules and successful project delivery.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.

• Ensure engineers have access to necessary product requirements and UX designs to meet project deadlines.

• Support JIRA management and other relevant tools to streamline team processes.

• Provide insightful Agile metrics, such as burndown charts and velocity tracking, to inform and guide the team and management.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in an Agile environment, with a solid understanding of methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic environments.
