Job Description

As a Pharmacy Agent Trainee, you will be responsible for entering pharmacy-related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and resolving data entry issues. You will strive to meet performance targets, document processes, and utilize knowledge base materials. Maintaining confidentiality of patient information, developing a working knowledge of security practices, and participating in continued education are also key responsibilities. This role involves sharing feedback to improve patient experience. You will be working with a highly collaborative team of builders and operators who invent new ways of working in an industry that historically has resisted innovation.
Must have:
  • Desire to work in a customer-centric role
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for providing top-notch patient care
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software
Good to have:
  • Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Enter pharmacy related data as necessary to verify accuracy and completeness of information and proactively seek additional sources when necessary to meet data entry requirements for our pharmacy operations team
  • Work to resolve common data entry issues with internal stakeholders
  • Strive to meet and exceed structured performance targets. 
  • Document all process information and data discovery according to operating procedures
  • Utilize Knowledge Base materials as a foundation for resolving inquiries 
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
  • Develop a working knowledge of company related security and privacy practices.
  • Participate in continued education on product changes, new features and product launches
  • Help improve the patient experience by sharing feedback with management to further develop the product, materials and processes 

Location/Hours

  • Full time position, On-site in Pittsburgh (Robinson Township)
  • Availability Monday- Friday 8 AM to 8:30 PM EST (rotational shifts, minimum 40 Hours)
  • All shifts require one or two Saturdays in a month shift from 9 AM-5 PM EST
