Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves managing the global distribution and service of Smilegate's game titles. Responsibilities include overseeing platform development progress, reviewing and improving development processes, benchmarking external platforms, analyzing market trends, managing publishing development support processes, and performing general management tasks. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the gaming industry, with proven experience in game development and technical project management. Strong technical documentation skills and excellent interpersonal abilities are essential.
Must have:
- 5+ years experience in relevant industry
- Game development & technical PM experience
- Excellent technical documentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- 3+ years experience in listed responsibilities
Good to have:
- Step-up work experience
- Foreign language proficiency

- 플랫폼 개발 진척 사항 관리
- 개발 관련 프로세스 점검 및 개선사항 도출
- 외부 플랫폼 벤치마킹 및 트렌드 분석
- 퍼블리싱 개발 지원 프로세스 관리 및 개선사항 진단
- 경영관리실 업무 수행 (전사 staff 업무)
자격요건
- 5년 이상의 동종 업계 업무 경력이 있으신 분
- 게임 개발 및 기술 PM 경험이 있으신 분
- 기술 문서 작성 능력이 뛰어나신 분
- 능숙한 대인관계 스킬을 지니신 분
- 상기 담당업무 직무 경력 3년 이상 보유하신 분
필요역량
- 게임 또는 IT 관련 기술업무 유경험자 (기술PM, 개발, 인프라, DBA 등)
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력이 있으신 분
- MS Office 및 문서 작성 스킬을 보유하신 분
우대사항
- 스텝 업무 경력 보유자
- 외국어 능력 보유자
