Job Description

This 6-month internship in Digital Marketing & Social Media, based in Munich, offers hands-on experience managing the Disney Deutschland Instagram account (content creation and community management). Interns will support agency efforts for local social media activities (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok), contribute to influencer campaign development and execution, organize contests, and assist with reporting and competitive analysis. Collaboration with various Walt Disney Company departments is expected. The ideal candidate possesses strong social media expertise, entertainment passion, excellent MS Office skills (Photoshop a plus), and organizational abilities. Excellent German and good English skills are essential.

Dein Job:

Übernahme eigener Projekte im Bereich Digital Marketing; z.B.: Eigenständige Betreuung des Disney Deutschland Instagram Kanals (Content-Erstellung & Community Management)
Unterstützung der Agenturen bei lokalen Social Media Aktivitäten (z.B. für Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Influencer-Kampagnen
Organisation und Durchführung von Gewinnspielen
Mithilfe bei Reportings und Auswertungen der Online Marketing Maßnahmen sowie digitale Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen innerhalb der Walt Disney Company

Dein Profil:

Studium im Bereich Medien-, Geistes- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
Überdurchschnittliche Affinität für Social Media (gängige Plattformen und ihre Funktionen, Content Erstellung, Interesse am deutschen Influencer Markt etc.)
Leidenschaft für den Bereich Entertainment (Film, TV, Streaming, Gaming)
Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse; Photoshop von Vorteil
Erste Praxiserfahrung, z.B. durch vorherige Praktika
Organisationstalent, effizienter Arbeitsstil sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
Exzellente Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und eine rasche Auffassungsgabe setzen wir voraus
