Job Description

As a Principal Account SE at Salesforce, you'll focus on manufacturing clients, proposing solutions, crafting system plans, and creating customized demos. You'll also develop sales materials like solution maps and templates, and present at seminars and events. Responsibilities include needs analysis, solution design, proposal writing, and leveraging expertise to create effective marketing materials. This role requires strong CRM and solution proposal experience within the manufacturing sector.
Must have:
  • 3+ years CRM/SI proposal experience in manufacturing
  • 5+ years demo development/customization experience
  • Presentation/demo experience at seminars/events

    Role Description:
    1.製造業界のお客様をターゲットとしたソリューション提案活動
    ・お客様のビジネス課題とニーズに対する解決策の策定と将来を見据えたシステム化計画の立案支援
    ・キーとなる課題に対する解決策の具体的なイメージとして、カスタマイズデモの作成と実施
    ・ソリューションデザインおよび導入計画を中心とした提案書作成
    2.各種営業マテリアル作成
    ・提案活動で培ったノウハウを活かし各業界向けソリューションマップ、業界特化デモ、提案書テンプレートの作成
    3.セミナー&イベントでの登壇、デモンストレーションの実施によるマーケティング活動支援

    【必須(MUST)】

    ・製造業界における顧客に対する CRMをはじめとしたソリューションの提案活動経験 或いは
    ・上記ソリューションエリアでのSI提案活動、プロジェクトマネージャー・プロジェクトリーダー、ITコンサルティングのいずれかの経験を3年以上
    ・上記ソリューションエリアのデモ開発/カスタマイズの経験5年以上
    ・セミナーやイベントなどでプレゼンテーション/デモンストレーション経験
